One of my bikes hasn't been used since October and the tyres were originally fitted and filled in March. Given I'm lazy and the tyres were a real faff to fit originally is there a quick check to see if the sealant is still OK? When I spin the wheels there is no discernible wobble or weighting issue.

I recently discovered syringes with long blunt tips, like this
Makes it a doddle. Remove valve core, position wheel with valve at the bottom so sealant collects there. Insert syringe into tyre through valve, suck out old selant - if there's plenty and it still looks like sealant re-inject it, if not replace / top up.
Much less messy for first-fill as well, so install "dry" then inject through the valve hole once you're sure the tyre is seated.

edit - also good for bleeding brakes, injecting oil into forks, getting grease into bearings etc etc
You can normally hear the sealant sloshing around when spinning/shaking the wheel.
Yep, if you can hear it sloshing when spun you're all good. If not then top it up.
i use the dipstick method. valve core out and plastic dip stick (coffee stirrer) to see if its still wet.
