As above, I need a smaller volume tyre than my Specialized Ground control 2.1x29 which I think is huge for it's given size, would either the Kenda or Schwalbe be any smaller?
I'm trying to get around the Titus fireline front mech issue if it makes any difference.

None of the manufacturers are consistent with sizing so it's an unanswerable question. Have you measured your tyre? Is it really much larger than 2.1"? This is the best resource for tyre widths because they're actually measured!
