Whats the difference between M510 and M532 chainring?

are the bolt holes different? Needs to fit Raceface cranks

Guessing, but I'd suggest the inner tab might be longer on one than the other, as I've had to file Deore rings to fit before now. Just bought a m532 that fitted directly onto a m760 crankset, if that helps any, but a quick session with a file might be necessary for your RF chainset (I done his quite a few time & had no failures due to it). Oh and there might be some small trickle down tech changes on the pins & ramps, doubt its ground breaking though
