i need a 203mm adapter for some juicy 7 on pike 454 forks with the maxle, on crc they have two: one a standard is 203mm and the other an is 203mm for 20mm fork.

They both look wrong, you want post to post mount.

Actually ignore me, they both look ok but I don't know which is the right one.
If your pike has IS tabs and not post mount, then you want the 1st one (ie not the 20mm one)
There's another "8 inch IS mount" that at least some marzocchis use that uses a bigger offset on the fork, so the adaptor is thicker & is drilled towards its inner edge for the calipper to mount correctly in line with the rotor (edit: .... that's what your 2nd picture shows)
