Just to say thanks to u guys who sent me some tips on the trails, just got back and it was awesome!! the weather, the down hills oh and even some of the up hills were wicked. Wish i lived closer id be there all the time. Now im going to rest my legs ready for some rock climbing in wales tomoz........
