I got one of those Airbike SL1 lights off the On One website last winter, and the only drawback with it is that you have to screw and unscrew it every time you put it on and take if off the handlebar.
I seem to recall there was much chatter about these lights on STW before Xmas when everyone was impressed by what a bargain they were, and one clever so-and-so had invented his own quick release system for ease of removal.
Can anyone suggest how to do this? I'm worried I'll eventually strip out the thread in the lamp body by taking it on and off my bike the whole damn time!
I use an old lumi QR clamp - screws in the bottom.
I use a Lumicycle QR camlock bracket. 1st ride out the light vibrated loose but I cured that with a rubber washer made from innertube between the clamp and the light and no problem since

Hi red-dred. I also bought the same light and was impressed. I have made a helmet mount, this is a big improvement as you get light wherever you look. I also made an extenion lead so i can put the battery in my camel back. The connectors are about £1 from maplin.
