Ok, so I have a simple query that I want to email Planet X about. But their contact page just gives 'live help' (between 9-4) or a postal address ...
So I need the email address of the Director himself.
(Or @Brant if he's lurking!)
I just need to know what replacement headset I need for my Pickenflick. The current bikes come with this as part of the build:

So I assume that's what I need. But £50 seems quite a lot of money for something that has lasted 'only' 17 months in my view, so wanted to ask whether there were any other compatible options, or if I can just replace the bearings, and if so, what with?
Just a simple email would do. But no, I have to resort to writing a letter by post, or calling on here for Brant! 😏
The frame specs page says

you can replace the bearings.

I've used the web chat today and it's now a proper web chat no just an email redirect worked great.

Live Chat was an option. I suppose. But sometimes not convenient during the working day, so, an email after hours, which PX can respond to at their leisure, seems a sensible option?

Take old bearings our, measure bearing. Order same size bearing from bearing supplier. Or take bearing to bearing supplier & ask for the same bearing but with better seals
If you do live chat out of hours you add your email address and they reply by email.
