Marmot Alpha 60 £59.99 down from £130 rrp. Ive got a few bits with Polartec Alpha insulation and it works great for me. Not bike specific but got this for gravel riding and general mooching, and so far seems to be great at both. Packs down small so will probably take it bikepacking too. Wouldn't normally go for something with a hood, but fits nice and snug under a bike helmet and kept me toasty on a ride this morning. Sizing a little generous (more mtb than roadie) so a small seems good for 38" chest, 32" waist. Close but not tight. Recommended.

I bought a couple of the jackets last year - good for running in sub-zero too.
