Gosh, this brings back memories of buying a bighit frame for £350new!

Specialized have cut the price on both the Status models to £1999. That, frankly, is value in this day and age. Both come with a Float X and a Rhythm 36, which is cracking.

I've no need for one... But I'm tempted! Even to strip it and rebuild with mostly fancier bits.

That's very tempting... I'm just not sure about this mullet business. I'm a short arse so *want* a 275 bike , but they're increasingly rare so is a mullet as good as I'll get now?

If so, yeah tempted.

I'd have thought mullets were ideal for short arses.😁

Remarkable vfm. They were about £2400 when launched, I use that word loosely, about the only new bike you could buy during 2020/21 due to the lack of advertising. They went upto around £2800 more recently?
I had a 6month old used one for 2k a few years back. The fox shock did it's usual thing of going squelchy. Great bikepark bike though but ultimately sold after 5 weeks as I didn't see the point in getting more tired and doing less runs than I could on the ebike.
