Leisurelakes have the One Up V2 seatposts at 25% off and some reduction on the V3 lever too. I know that the V3 is out but I think that a new seal and bush kit upgrades it to V3 spec. There's a bit more to the V3 than the seal, but yes, the upgraded seal can fit to the V2 and suppusedly improve it.
Just FYI, OneUP sell the V2 post direct also, with free shipping, and the V2 is discounted there also
