On-one are doing discounted Nevegals again.
They're also giving out free pumps to anyone who signs up 5 people to the newsletter (which contains the weekly discount code). Anyone wanting to sign up so I can get a pump? 😆

Ordered me a couple 🙂
I bought one when they were £15 - looks OEM but legit, a bit more flash than usual maybe. They're the dual compound 2.1" version, i.e. the 'standard' version. Bargain.
Good call. Ordered a couple of the tyres and some other bits (Orbit XL2 shows as £29.99 on the headset page but are only £19.99 when you go to the Orbit XL2 page).
anyone else signing people up? I need a code and am happy to be a volunteer to be signed up

You feeling better Sheldon?
Aye, getting much better thanks 😉
I must be thick but I cant seem to be able to get the coupon for the tires I subscribed and listed my second email but no coupon for tires anyone got the code so I can get the tires for £10
Can anyone confirm the weight of these?
On-one say 550 but Kenda seem to say 630 for the 2.1 DTC?
DTC == tubeless == heavier type.
The on-one tyres ain't tubeless.

dtc = dual tread compound, not tubeless
DTC == tubeless == heavier type.
Nah, Kenda call their tubeless tyres 'Tubeless' for some reason. DTC means dual tread compound; 60 in the middle 50 on the edges.
Yup, what Poppa said.
On the weights, On One have the weights and blurb for the Nevegal Lite, which is the 1.95. There's no such thing as a Nevegal Lite in 2.1. These will be somewhere around 600 grams in my experience.
So they're actually selling the 2.1 DTC at around 600g but the blurb is for the 1.95 'Lite' ?
OK, thanks for the info 🙂
thanks for that allthepies.
pair bought 😀
I weighed mine, they're a smidge under 630g on my scales.

Psychle, Yoshimi, Dancake, Ayatollah Khomeini, nbt, Stompy, LapSteel, Toons, Mamadirt & Moses
Nothing stopping anyone else from using the sign up box on the front of the On-one page.
Its a crap Pump by the way!
Truly crap. Maybe I'm thick but it's a double header (schraeder/presta) that just shoots air out of the side you're not using!
Bargin tyres - they will run out soon.

Have you locked it on? usually on double header pumps, locking it closes the unused side
On my cheapo track pump the valve inside seems to switch to whichever hole it sees the highest back pressure at.
So sometimes if I try it on a fully flat tube there is no pressure difference so it stays on whichever hole I used last, which might not necessarily be the right one.
When that happens I just put the end in my mouth and blow into whichever hole I want to use, while giving it a wee pump and it switches.
Mine turned up in the post today. I'm surprised at how narrow they are for a 2.1". 49.5mm across the carcass and 53.5 across the tread on a 317 at 40 psi. Narrower than the Specialized 2.0" that are coming off.
Anyone else find this?
