just had a pot of this as 2nd breakfast from the work canteen - apple and peach flavour. It's really, really nice
- and obviously low GI and all that

bit pricey at £2 a pot - but I'm going to have a crack at replicating it myself at home. I reckon you could make up a batch which will be good for 2 or 3 days. Nice summer alternative to winter porridge
It's good stuff, isn't it 🙂

my wife tried this without success. The big pots are better value per serving but less conveneient and it's quite easy to eat more than you were planning on having...
I am resurrecting this thread because I've made a pretty good job of recreating the recipe for this stuff to make a large batch at home - about 5 servings worth.
Here's the recipe if anyone wants a nice oaty, yogurty, fruity alternative to hot porridge for breakfast
500g pot of natural/ low fat type yogurt - the "value" stuff works fine
300g of oats
350g of apple juice (is that 350ml? dunno)
2 tablespoons of agave nectar - they sell it in sainsburys, honey, syrup or sugar would work too
fruit - you can have what you want here, tinned peaches drained and chopped up, chopped apple and blueberries have all worked for me so far
juice of half a lemon
mix it all up in a big bowel and keep in the fridge - its best to let the oats soften up over night before you eat it
mix it all up in a big bowel..
before or after eating it?
