Her Maj is due to shake hands with some one from some bannana republic or something later on so the Fuzz Probationers are having a field day making a mess of the cycle route with barriers and bloody-mindedness.
If you're coming from Vic I think Birdcage is OK, then up Whitehall.
If you're coming from Hyde Park Id go down Picadilly and Haymarket.
