Cheap and crappy for the most part, but it all works - of a fashion

I'll be picking up some spare gloves I think. got some of the shoes in the last one, the strap over the tongue seems a bit useless, and the heel fitting isn't very secure - but that may be more of a personal thing

worth it for having spares. My normal shoes got soaked riding home last night so I was able to wear my "spare" lidl shoes today

Lidl shoes are pish. The cleat bit falls off in about a couple of months. They look good but aren't built to last. Honestly.

If you appreciate its cheap for a reason then there's nothing wrong with it. For commuting or light use the shoes will be fine. Yeah if you're mashing and pulling on the pedals on a singlespeed, I bet thet limits the lifespan of any shoe, not just these!

I have a pair of Lidl shoes that are 2 years old and still going. Another pair that are still in the box a year later. I think I will get another spare pair tmw seeing as I just got some Crank Bros Acids to play with. Easier to change shoe than cleats and at that price.........

"Exquisite new wines in store" !

Pah, that's a bit of a joke, I haven't had a nice bottle of red from lidl in about 3 years. For a while you could get some really good ones but no more so it seems. Anyone care to differ?

The socks are not bad, got a few pairs that I use to commute, now 2 years+

The shoes sadly only lasted me 6 months of daily commuting before the cleat plate in the sole broke away.
