I really rate Isogels, have seemingly little effect on the gut and go down very well. This makes them 28pence each...

Saw those, I like the iso gells, but wary of using more than one or two on a ride due to the salt content?

They are guaranteed to give me the shits the next day, although I agree with and use High 5 powder for drings and gels.

Ive licked and chewed 5 year old Kendal mint cake stuck to the bottom of a mates camelbak somewhere out on the Howgills when I had the worst knock ever , so a few weeks past a best before certainly wont worry me at that price!!

Im currently munching through some 3year past their best gells. Flavour is going a bit bland but still taste alright.
