Took the QR adapter off my front Pro2 hub today. It was tight so I knocked it out from the opposite side, and when it came out the bearing was attached to the adpater and not the hub.
Is this OK or is the hub worn?

Could be you just need to knock the bearing back in again. I've had this happen on the rear hub when drifting the axle out. Maybe just need to knock the bearing off the axle and press it back into the hub?

Mine did the same today, when converting to 20mm, just refitted the bearing into the hub.

Been out for a ride, no play, everything seems OK.

You've just got a bit of corrosion between the bearing and end cap, nothing to worry about, just put it back.

Slightly loose tolerances, if it bothers you but you don't want the hassle of stripping the wheel down to return the hub, a smear of Loctite stud'n bearing fit in the housing should solve it.
