Used 'send it now' twice in the last week with no problems. Both times a chap from parcelpost turned up and picked it up the next day.

I found Parcel2go fine until things went wrong and they damaged a bike in transit -at which point they reneged on their insurance. I was told it could take their insurers 3 months to assess my claim and then a further 3 months on appeal.

I now use senditnow. No problems so far.

I have used Parcel2go (once) with no problems. Senditnow didn't bother to turn up. I guess you have to weigh up what waiting in for a day to no avail is going to 'cost' you.

good luck,

ALex

I use DHL or DHL-it-Now. A self print type setup which has worked well for me in the past when sending bike frames. Prices are reasonable, and they've pickedup the stuff when they say they will.

Used senditnow and parcel2go. P2G about times, SIN about 5, use sin as it's cheaper, you don't have to print off labels (useful if you're arranging pickup from someone else's work), and has a greater insurance cover at the minimum price.
Haven't had to make an insurance claim, but don't really see why you would have to unless they loose it as it should all be packaged up nicely!
Did have to ring them as a neighbour took it upon himself to take a set of forks in for the guy they were meant to be delivered to, then the elderly neighbour forgot about them, they were very helpful and did all they could to identify where the forks were, although they didn't leave a card saying your parcel is at number xyz...

Despite what a lot of folk say on here i have used Parcelforce many times without a problem, their tracking system works and will collect either from work or home and its possible to drop off at certain post offices, although the PO dont like it if you prepay online!
