On mobile, it's right at the top. Not sure if it's the same on computer.
I wouldn't bother. It took me a dozen attempts to upload images once and I had zero views on every item.
Sold everything on Pinkbike.
On my Windows desktop with Microsoft Edge there's a big button bar just under where it says Classified. The Create Ad. button takes me to the posting page but I've not actually posted anything up in a while.
Sold two things this week so still working but not as much traffic as it used to have.

Seems because of my failing eyesight(crumbs)I've everything magnified, and totally missing the top of the page where that button is.

Also probably not bother if its as pants as it sounds. Not worth the hassle.
Maybe gumtree, though not the same level of price i normally sell things at also has me somewhat concerned. £2k is a lot to expect someone to turn up at your door with that much in cash.
Maybe im just being overly worrying, but ive lost all confidence in ebay and the stuff im selling isnt cheap.
