Underneath the black cap is a schraeder valve for recharging the expansion vessel. The vessel should be charged to the same pressure that the water runs at. To check it, turn off the water, open all hot taps then place a gauge on the valve, if it's lower than the water pressure ( or 3.5 bar if you don't know the water pressure)pump it up to a similar pressure. If the pressure doesn't rise when you pump it up then your vessel is f@cked. If you don't understand what I'm saying then you need to call a plumber. Sorry, I'm off to work now so I won't be able to answer any other questions.

Thanks very much.
Water pressure here is very high I believe in the region of 6 bar I will get a gauge and measure.
In the mean time i checked the exp tank pressure and found it at Zero following your advice and the fact it states 3 bar on the label on the tank i re-pressurized it to 3 bar and at the moment the drip has stopped.

Again big big thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚
