Are you getting full travel? Does the lock out work?

If not, could be the regular RS fork problem of oil leaking from damper side uppers to lowers. DIY fix if you're happy servicing your own forks. Contact Loco off here for parts or help

check how much oil comes out of the damper lower leg and you'll have your answer.

yeah full travel everything seems to work fine apart from topping out quite badly tryed releasing all air pressure done nothing cant see any signs of leaking but there is only small amount of oil in them as solo airs could be possible any idea on how to fix though ?? thanks tony

The oil thing is related to the issue I suggested...oil leaks from uppers to lowers on moco side and uppers holds about 135ml, lowers are about 20ml therefore if it was the issue I suggested, there would be way more than the 20ml there should be in the lowers

However, if you've let the air, and can get full travel when fork is compressed, I doubt it's that.

Could be not enough oil in there in the first place and you didn;t notice the top out business. Is there any damping at all? or some then none.

In any case - take the compression damper out and take a look in there - the oil should be about level with the bottom of the compression assembly when that's in there and the fork is extended (which will be the 135ml Nuke is talking about).

If there isn't enough oil top it up. It's not uncommon that a fork comes with the wrong oil level in there.

....although a good indicate of a lack of oil in the damper is the fork not 'locking out' on full compression.
