I'm going to start the rebuild of my old steel Gios. Ideally it needs a new seat tube and of course a respray in blue. Argos will cost me about £250 plus. I'm going to see if Racescene will get the transfers, stem, tape & saddle.
Any idea if I can get a better deal elsewhere?

i had a new seat tube put in a frame by ellis briggs (bradford) this year. £65 without a respray. the quality of the brazing (or welding, i don't know) looked very good to me.
