I took the pads out of my Magura Louise brakes to replace them. Why they were out I cleverly stood on the brake lever causing one of the pistons in the caliper to pop out (and all the oil!!!). I cleaned the piston and slid it back in. Will I have caused any damage or anything or will my brakes be just fine once oil topped back up and bled?

It should be fine as long as the seal hasn't been pinched, its how they get them in there in the first place after all.
Get them bled and keep an eye out for leaks.
