Hot damn, took my pike team air apart a week ago, changed oil in all chambers, cleaned , but sine it has been a nightmare...
It does "top out", anytime the fork compresses, it comes back, it is with a spike, and nearly hearable top out clunk.
i tried theese set ups:
pos 140
neg 130 (that was my old setup)
pos 100
neg 80
pos 120
neg 120
pos 120
neg 130
pos 150
neg 100
i have always run the fork with full compresion, and the motion control fully on/ and then just turned 1.5 turn open, so very " hard" setting i know, but i like the fork, to ride high, with no diving, and that always worked fine
The rebound knob, i tried all settings, with no effect either...
I tried emptying, neg chamber first, and pumping pos up, no effect, the oil i used, was from crc, 5 w, 15 w, i am at the point to take it apart again... but if oil height is right in motion control chamber, right leg, and pos chamber, left leg, then thats not the problem i guess, maybe it is one of the o-rings ...
any help will be great

i know you say you've already done it, but recheck that the air pistons are sitting correctly. The symptoms sound exactly right...
let air out of both chambers, refill positive, refill neg. Maybe repeat a couple of times to be sure.
not an expert but i don't think oil height in the moco could be your problem because at full extension the rebound gubbins are sitting at the bottom of the stanchion (i.e. completely immersed)
i have tried taking all air out... 🙁
