I've been over on a Mountain bike about 10 years ago. Has anyone done it recently and would the off road descent kill my tourer? would love to get down to Bubion/trevelez.

Rode up and back from pities last sept, the decent from the summit is rocky but smooths out then becomes fire road.
It's a very fast decent though so you'd need to be careful not to puncture.

Doesn't sound too different then. Could be doable with some 28mm on. Thanks for the info
