Not open yet. No signs up and barriers across the trail heads.

Just the signs I think.

Were you out with Hora and co. yesterday? Seeing people out of context confuses me and I couldn't work out who was who.

What new stuff? We were pootling around the river enjoying poetry.

Harry, is there going to be a booze tent there? I need alcohol this time as heckling 'dry is nervous work.

as soon as the signs are in, at a guess? they're bedded in nicely and ride well (from the official test/grading ride we did there a few weeks ago)...

the trails were damaged, quite badly in places, by the flood a few weeks ago.
The repair work still hasn't been completed and as such the trails aren't open yet.

I've no idea why it's taking this long to complete.

Someone that we bumped into down way away from one of the trails told us that one of the descents from the green loop trail needs a netting to avoid a hypothetical rider (not us) from wrapping themselves round a tree...

Meh. If you can't hit a tree what is the point in doing it at all?

You may as well ride round some cones in a car park.

Thats what we did. That and riding around the riverside reciting poetry. We didn't know there was any new stuff around there.
