Have read a few posts on rides in the Pentlands but can't place many of the trail names to the o.s. map. Any recommended guidebooks/ websites to help me out?

The map on the thread referred to looks like it could be useful but my knowledge of the technology is not up to getting it to display in a meaningful way.

All I get is symbols and a reference to each down the side of the map. Is there a way to get the names to appear on the map so that I don't have to laboriously go through them clicking one by one to cross refer to my OS map?

Some of those routes are very fragile in wet weather - please be cautious. At the moment all are fair game but when wet many are easily damaged and some are getting absolutely trashed
