any snow up that way? what are the currents status of the closures at penmachno? the website doesnt look like its been updated for a while now

There was a bit of snow at coed y brenin two days ago (not much).
Everything was rideable. Just a bit cold.

Penmachno has quite a big diversion before the 1st/2nd loop bit.
Marin is open and great, but there are 2 trees down. One involves a 3metre walking detour. The second is a large log you have to pick your bike up for!
mate said theres a few diversions on the best bits, but ive not been before and the website hasn't updated since November so thought they may have been done by now
They aren't done. Check facebook for more up to date updates.

"A massive thank you to the chainsaw crew from Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales for clearing the trees from the trails!! It now means we only have 1 diversion in place for felling (on loop 1 around the 3-in-a-row fast downhills and the switchback climb), and that shouldn't be there for too much longer... Then all of Penmachno will be open again - brrraaaappppp!!!"
