My wife likes the idea of doing spinning classes at home but finds the american style classes on Peloton software annoying - to much inspirational talk for the reserved English sensibilities maybe. Are any of the other equivalent services like sweetstudio, les mills or other? that are more like the UK style classes she enjoys where the spin is closely linked to the music rather than just a background to be talked over. Thanks in advance

I use Zwift+ others with wahoo kickr my wife has a bike on a turbotrainer with sensors and a tablet (Zwift is not her thing or any other serious cycling software). Having a 1 year old means were stuck int the house most evenings

Sufferfest? (quite a British sense of humour, if Deadpool did a spin class)

Trainerroad? (no humor, just training plans, some with videos)

Zwift? The Wii-sports version of indoor cycling.

Go to an actual gym? Way cheaper than any of the above once you factor in all the kit.

Assuming Peleton-ish budget, £500-£800 on a direct drive trainer + hi & hers entry level road bikes (or mountainbikes, whatever takes your fancy). I'd stick with road bikes with 2x drivechains and close ratio cassettes, with nothing else to focus on I find the gaps between gears really irritating if I cant hit the exact power/cadence it's asking for!

A cursory google suggests Les Mills do an online on-demand service, one of the options is the spin class RPM.

So, that?
