Thinking of doing a few days midweek in a few weeks and heading up to Peebles area, probably camping Glentress but apart from doing the Glentress and Innerlethian centres I'm looking for some decent natural routes I can do but as I'm sh88 at following a map, prefer to use the gpx.

Does anyone know or have an routes they can share please?

cheers

Learn to use a map - it ain't hard and could save your arse one day if your GPS fails!

Routes - I've only done a couple of natural ones round there. Gypsy Glen is good as is following the Southern Upland Way and doing dome of the trails off the Three Brethren before heading back towards Innerleithen.

Don't forget all those top secret trails at the golfy...oh hang on a minute, they have just been used for the EWS, so not so secret, try and get hold of a stage map.

cheers for all replies. It looks like I'll have to try and learn map reading ๐Ÿ™‚ although I get lost going to the local shops so that should be fun.

Get onto Strava and you'll be able to see all the segments.

Usually folk night riding too, so bring lights.

Not on Strava but will sign up if that will get me some info, if not I might have to stalk the locals ๐Ÿ™‚

The EWS routes sound good. Someone somewhere must have them on GPS ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

I'm not really a trail centre person although I've done Inners once years ago and that was pretty good.

cheers
