....or other Santa Cruz I guess.
I've a TBoy built up with 38/24 crankset and find the stood up pedalling in the granny ring is a spongy, overly active affair. In the 38 it's much better, but I can't get up the hills I want to in the 38.
I know this is largely down to sus design/ring size, but does a shock revamp seriously improve it. I've got the bits to try 22/32/44, so that I can climb more in the 32 up front, so we'll see how that goes.
Any experiences??
I run a 38 - 26 combo on my blur trc.ive not had any problems your describing exactly, but I would say that with the shock on fully open there is more pedal bob climbing or even on the flat.if I switch to pro pedal on setting 2 it has virtually no feedback but feels a bit to stiff for my liking.should say it's the rp23 shock on board
Don't stand up in the granny? When I ran a 24/36 I just sat and span in the granny.
