Planning on some natural riding this weekend and the Peak is the the obvious answer. However slightly concerned that there maybe a bit of traffic and generally busy etc. due to the little bike race that's happening up the road.

So what's the general consensus? Is it a bad idea heading to the Hope/Edale area? WOuld we be better staying in the White Peak?

Hope Edale should be fine. I guess Cut Gate may be busier than usual though.

It has been a bit wet and is set to rain on Sunday. Expect mud, lots of mud.

Has it really rained that much! Might risk it then, what's the worst that can happen.

I'll be Cutgating to Lansett for the tour come rain or snow!

We will be taking in some of Cutgate from the Langsett end before we settle down to watch the tour at Midhope

I reckon edale/hope will be fine. And if you pick the rocky trails you can't go wrong. Follow @kofthep on twitter for trail conditions and look up the vg all weather loop for a decent robust ride.
