[Closed] pannier bag support loops ala Blackburn ..where to source?

Just completed my 2015 FatPug ( 4.8 f+r ) build and needed extra support for the rear panniers to avoid heel catch so I dug out an old rack and removed then refitted the silver loop you'll see in the photo . Iirc they were made by Blackburn ...I bought mine about 30 yrs ago. I had a quick Google but found nothing . Does anyone know where you can source them these days or of anything similar that's available?. I know you could fabricate one easily but the bracket might be difficult to replicate although I guess jubilee clips would work at a pinch.
