Hi Everyone...as some of you may have seen from a post a few weeks back, I'm just back from a tour of Afghan. Whilst over there I set my little heart on a Trek 8500...only to arrive back in the UK to discover that they're all sold out. I spent yesterday phoning all the local bike shops, then the not so local bike shops...and I still can't get one...
So please...if anyone, anywhere, has a 21" Trek 8500 please let me know. Many thanks.
I thought most Trek dealers have a B2B site they can use to track one down for you?

Just bear in mind that a Trek dealer won't mail order it to you... you'll have to go to the shop to collect.
That's really not a problem. I'm happy to go anwhere I have to to get my hands on one of these.
You could always try posting a Wanted ad on Bikeradar, XCRacer.com etc. as well?

Your local Trek dealer should be able to tell you if any are available in your size and get it in, no travelling required.
i think bridgtown cycles in cannock(west mids) have one in,its either a 19 or 21 i saw it today
The trek dealer site only tells a dealer if there are any left at trek, not where all the ones trek had have gone to. Good luck.
2011 ones are probably not far away by now.
