I’m pondering a Pace RC295.  Not the newest of designs but still a good looking frame.

It seemed to get sufficiently good online reviews, little on YT other than Guy Kestevens ‘paid for’ reviews.  It was one of his videos that made it look like rear wheel clearance look pretty tight around the BB area, a worry given the frame’s max tyre size is 2.4

I’m looking for those who have owned one to tell me if there were any limitations with a 29” rear wheel, obviously Mullet is an option.

Experience of anyone trying mixed wheels on one would be interesting to hear as well as general ride experience.  We’re the reviews correct or just overly gushing for an elder UK MTB statesman.

Not noticed the clearance to be an issue, running a 2.4" Wicked Will in 29er flavour.

Ride's great, way more capable than I am.
