Is Pace RC 7 grease suitable for general bike building duties. BB etc etc.

Any grease is OK. RC7 is quite thin. I tried it in wheel bearings and seem to thin out quite quick. I always fit BB's with copper slip and also copper slip all bolts, rather than grease.

Bit wasteful IMO. Better to just get some antiseize.
