I am running one that looks very similar. If you ebay search GUB ceramic, they come up on there. The bearings in the cups are SKF.
Its been in the bike a year through all the slop in the pentlands and Scotland, as well as a portugal trip, battered to death in Finale Ligura and Livigno... its still going fine and for £30 ish delivered to my door, I'm happy.
The same ebay shop also does alloy jockey wheels in different colours too for about a fiver.
And while we are on China made stuff, smd Led GU10 50w replacements delivered for £2.99... though not from the bike shop obviously....
Shop around, there are some great deals out there.

Here you go. Cant remember exactly who we bought off but it was similar to these. We have 12 spots in teh kitchen ceiling plus others elsewhere so it was going to be expensive till I found these.
