Always fancied one, and just found a crack in my road bike.
Ho hum..
lets see if I can get under the hour for a 25..
J.
Jolly well done.
But you'll be needing another road bike to do all the training on ๐
I've just quit time-trialling at the end of last season. Decided I really wasn't enjoying it anymore and the returns on all the effort I was putting in just weren't big enough (over 20 Open events last year and in hindsight I enjoyed* only two of them). For me, last year was a constant struggle to do better and improve on my times, but I think I hit a 'ceiling of ability'...
If you're keen to go under the hour on a 25, I'd also suggest having a crack at a 50 in under two hours.
(*I say 'enjoyed' but you don't really enjoy time-trials. They're always nice when they stop, though).
Try getting under the hour for a 30, then you'll be getting good!
