[Closed] Orange Five with 160mm forks?

Run mine with 150mm pikes, not sure I would see any benefit of 160mm. Orange state 150 max for the mk2 I believe. I already find the bike can wander a little on long climbs with 150. I ran 160 on my old 26" five and felt it too much.

Probably no help, but my riding pal has a 2012 5 with 150 Fox Floats & he's the epitomy of a mountain goat. He's pretty handy going down as well.

I've got a five mk2 tried 140 and 150, 140 is a nicer all round bike, think 160 might be too much.

After using 150 for the Alps, went back to 140. Interesting that the new one is 150 recommend.
