I'm trying to source a bar+stem combo (don't worry why...) with a flat/straight bar and a 120mm-ish stem.
Anyone seen any flying about? I know Scott do something for their XC bikes, and I've seen some carbon jobs on ebay.
Any titanium (custom) builders make them, that you've seen?
Dekerf do them.
Cannondale do one on their Bad Boys
Pace also do one.
are Pace still going...?
The Scott looks nice but it's silly money. Probably stay with a light two-piece instead.

Black Sheep also do them in Ti, (Very Pricey)
2 piece are usually lighter anyway, combo ones are pointless
