I know that 80% of the peole viewing this thread are blokes but....
after the first race at Lee Quarry we have had to amalgamate the "weekend warrior" and "racer" categories for the ladies. the "have-a-go hero" category is fine and stays. We don't want to use the existing names as the racers might get upset about being called weekend warriors and the weekend warriors might be overawed by the racers etc etc
the first idea is the "Mountain Diva" category, it seems to express what we want........
but the floor is open to suggestions and we make the decision tonight!!!

I like mountain diva and would be happy to ride in that one however i would definately be intimidated by the 'racer' category 🙂

I know a lot of people might like diva but to me it's a negative word, with connotations of having a strop if they don't get their own way
