Guys back racing the TT this year. Good luck to him, and with Honda support it could be his best chance for a win.
Big surprise, and as you say wishing him the very best of luck, but regardless of which team he is riding for I don't believe he has a hope in hell of winning a TT race.
In his latest book he's adamant that he's finished with bike racing and I really wish he'd stay away from road racing, too many quick, younger men coming through and he's barely been on a bike since the Ireland crash.
Nothing to prove and too much to lose, stay safe Guy.
(Maybe he's thinking TT zero?)
Much as I would dearly love to see him on the top step I think he should call it a day. He has had some nasty accidents and is probably lucky to be alive now. I spent a day at Ballagarey a few years back, including being in a 'marshals only area' on the outside of the corner and how that one didn't finish him off I don't know! you really wouldn't think anyone could get away with coming off there.
Unfortunately if he keeps falling off his luck will run out eventually.
