Managed to get some time off work and have a day spare to ride.

Was thinking of somewhere different to my usual Wyre/Cannock/FOD and going further afield.

Midlands or South Wales.

I've done Nant y Arian and Coed so going to discount them.

Any recommendations.

Cheers

The Wrekin for some steep tech.
Bringewood or Eastridge for less steep stuff.

All ideal for laps on an eeb.

There's a few trails been lost to forestry at Bringe but still plenty to play on.

You have Mortimer forest over the road too which also has some good stuff.

Hopton if you want more of a waymarked trail.

Wylie?

Worth checking the status before travelling.. they were gearing up to start major felling work a month or so ago.

Pontypool/Hafodyrynys/Tirpentws would be closer than Willie and IMHO is far better. Can combine with Abertillery for a nice big day out (though might be pushing it at this time of year).
