Hi all
I'm changing the forks on my 456C and going from standard steerer to tapered.
I just wanted to check before ordering that I'd sorted the right parts..
I'm thinking that this is the right cup (last one on the list):

Also, would one of these work to get the old cups out? I've heard that they are a bit of a PITA..:

what headset have you already got? Some headsets just need a new crown race.
If Hope you want the external cup which I think is 'F' on the diagram here:

They seem to have ditched the reducer bottom cup that can only take a 1 1/8th steerer in place of a bottom cup and bearing that can take a 1.5" steerer and then use a reducer to adapt it to a 1 1/8th steerer - much better idea than the reducer cup.
I've got the older styled reducer bottom cup. So looks like you are right about the one I need.
