Mrs LMTTM has a Northface Apex Bionic that she seems pleased with but before I jump on the NF bandwagon I just wondered what else came recommended?

Any corkers out there?

I guess I am more lead to using off of the bike than on but dual use would cut down on the need for more clothes!

Cheers,

Mark

plus 1 for Haglofs, I'm using a Halo Jacket at the moment-more off the bike as it's too nice and new to get dirty!!

But for off the bike Mountain Hardwear are the ones for me.

If you're loaded you could always go down the Rapha route.

I got a Nike ACG one from TKMAXX for £40, proper Gore windstopper material, great for biking and not biking.

Montane do some nice ones, I've got one of their made-of-recycled-stuff fleece/soft shell jackets for work. It's not a true SS but it's thin enough to pedal in, shower proof and really comfy - which is an often forgotten factor!

I got a jack wolfskin one, its thin enough to be useful on the bike and looks good enough to wear off the bike too.
Recommended defnatly
