If i'm not allowed to go off road and with 7 weeks of not riding i just had the get the hearts and lungs working harder.....not to mention the legs...
So i off loaded the kids, slipped on my spds and a pair of baggies a top, grabbed a water bottle and rode.....Down to the next town, up over the Tox and through some villages and eventually back home....
After riding ss for a few months i'm a little miffed as to what sort of gearing 53/39-23-something not much smaller is.....
But damn it's good to get out...

no wonder you lifted the hex !!!
good to see you got out and about. how did the shoulder hold up?
Shoulder seemed ok, i could feel the pressure on the soft tissue as my lungs tried to exploded climbing buncombe.
legs are tight now but glad my recovery is still quick, perhaps eating today would've helped in having more energy for sustained sprints but twas ok considering..
