And the blue lever is spinning freely?
I assume its terminal. Which is bit rubbish for a stationary failure! Although the blue lever has got looser over time.
Any suggestions for a replacement? are there coil versions. I gave up on the fox forks too.

I had this exact problem on my fox float, I sent it to mojo http://www.mojo.co.uk/ who serviced and repaired it for £89 plus £5 for p&p. It is now as good as new.

How old is it? they say 12-18 months service interval. Poss warranty if 12 months old.I'd say fox shock are the most reliable so getting another brand might not be the best idea imo
