Yeah, poxy bloody French with their stupidly narrow feet!

Found a lovely pair of Mavic ATB shoes, looked really good (for cycling shoes). Did they fit my normal-width feet? Did they bolx.

Gah!

They're very airey if you see what i mean - mostly made of mesh stuff.

The bolt holes for the cleats are made of cheese. Guess it keeps with the yellow theme but makes it hard to tighten up the cleats without rounding the holes. In my experience anyway.

I had a pair of the road version, basically the same shoe without the grip.
found them to be great, not as narrow as some suggest and no problem with the cleat bolts.
Not sure I'd buy them again over SIDIs as very few parts are replaceable.

luckily, the price tag is a bit out of what I am willing to put in a pair of MTB shoes at the moment... I just hope the LBS won't gat any in the sales.
I just like the colour, don't ask me why. Since I got a pair of kalenji running shoes in yellow I just love to wear yellow shoes...

Al you do now lycra is not going to happen, I ride far to much to pose in lycra.

blimey, they are definitely yellow! i like them, but i'm generally a bright colours type chap. wouldn't match any of my other stuff though ๐Ÿ˜†
