Hi
I'm running the above tyre insert in my rear wheel and it has started to rattle. I'm sure it was ok when I first fitted it around 6 weeks ago, any tips?
Cheers

Only suggestion I have is cut it, shorten it and re fix with a zip tie so it isn’t loose and rattling around.  When you replace it get something like a Rimpact Pro instead

BTW this review is pretty good, at least in so far as it reflects my feelings after trying a couple of inserts

Though I have returned to going insertless as I found inserts messed with my sealant

Apparently the newer versions of ARD are a bit tighter so shouldn't rattle but you either live with it or cut and zip tie, maybe it could be cut and glued....

Mine is noticeably loose when I remove the tyre but I don't get any rattle whilst riding so not sure what causes it exactly

Here you go, CRC website has a guide to tightening the fit, it's a download able pdf. Did mine about 6 months ago using this technique and it's been bang on since.

Yeah mine started doing this too so got rid of them. I don't bother with inserts now and don't miss them.
