[#13535400]

Morning,

Ive got a half day available this week in the North Wales area. Gwydir has always been my go-to but not been there for a while.

Where else is running nice at the moment? Looking for flowy fairly chilled rather than white knuckle death grip stuff.

Thanks

Not North Wales but I was at Nant yr Arian yesterday and despite a little bit of rain it was essentially bone dry and I returned after 30k virtually spotless with no muck in my gears.

parts of Penmachno are currently under water. Also trees down, sections closed.

Would expect the Clwyds to be pretty dry, not a single puddle at Llandega today.

I rode at Penmachno on the Saturday before last (25th). There are quite a few sections closed as listed here

Penmachno MTB Trail - Trail Conditions

It was no wetter than usual. If you have half a day, I would suggest just doing Dolen Machno but skipping Dal ati, as that is conveniently avoided at the moment with the other diversions and there is always standing water on it. The diversions also mean it's convenient to do Ffastis un dau and tri a second time to add a bit more of the fun stuff.
