Ok, must be:

-Cheap and very durable (I'd still be using them in 5yrs time)
- Kick out a good beam and not create false shadows or affect depth etc over rough ground (is that possible?)
- Not have to be turned on a certain way, i.e. if you blow a bulb if you dont follow a procedure.
- Relatively light
- Not bothered about burntime (the above is more important)

Ok, what cheapish but with serviceable parts? I.e. can be replaced/kept going longterm?
